$5 flat fee for all returns within 30 days of the ship date, must be in new condition! 20% restocking fee. All skincare products are final sale, no returns or refunds unless broken during shipping then we will refund or replace. 

Once we receive the item back, it typically takes 3-4 days for the refund to process and be returned to your account.
