We’ve made returns and exchanges simple! All requests must be submitted through our self-service portal:

Please note: We do not have an active customer service email at this time. The portal is the only way to process returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Returns

Accepted within 14 days of your ship date

Items must be unused and in new condition

A $5 return fee applies

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

All eligible items must be returned through our portal

Exchanges (U.S. Only)

We offer free exchanges within 10 days of ordering for:

Boxers
Boy shorts
Bras

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Thongs

Lotion

Deodorant

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace or refund it.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, please allow 3–4 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
