I just opened my third bottle of OJ conditioner. Earlier in the week I used the last of the previous bottle with no issues. This time though it was like there was no moisturizer in the conditioner whatsoever. I have past butt length really thick curly to wavy hair so am def prone to anything from tangles to extreme knots. It took me at least 30 minutes to get the comb through my hair to get rid of the knots with no help from the conditioner at all. It felt like I was brushing wet hair with no product (I even used more than usual this time). This was not an experience I had previously with this product. I sent an email right away. Got a great response, from… AI. It indicated it would pass along to a human but it’s been almost a week with no response. Then I received this request for a review… I waited a few days to see if I’d hear from a human but still haven’t heard back. I love OJs vibe & what they are trying to accomplish but unless I received a dud product I can’t recommend this conditioner.
The shampoo and conditioner I got from Organic Jaguar works well! My hair feels light, soft and clean. I was worried it would not clean as well but that is not the case. My only gripe is it’s a lil hard to get the conditioner out, but next time I may opt to get the pump bottle add on.

I am in love with the packaging, first and foremost. Just beautiful. The products lather quickly and smell great!!! Even though they are technically unscented, I can smell mixes of oils, herbs, and fruits. All natural and all good! Couldn't be happier so far, and hope my hair stays strong with this stuff. I love that it's made in the USA and veteran-owned, and also man-owned! You always see female businesses nowadays and it's refreshing to see alpha male energy still out there.
