missing bra from order

i got the bra and underwear pack and 2 sticks of deodorant and received everything but one bra. i tried to talk to the customer service on email and had to confirm my order number and have gotten nothing back so far. very disappointed in the way of this being handled. otherwise the underwear and bra are very comfortable
