I was changer on April 9th and have yet to receive the product. Tracking system still shows in Florida. This is why I cancelled the auto ship. Additionally, a previous filter I had reduced water pressure from shower head. It was brand new so it could not have been clogged with anything. Nvr had this problem with others. Not sure what’s going on with distribution.
No phone number to speak to a live person. They don’t answer emails sent regarding orders, cancellation etc. don’t have a problem with the product, but customer service is nonexistent.
The shower filter is great! Been using for over a year & the replacement filters are necessary.
