I didn’t receive my order because it wasn’t clear on the website whether they ship USPs or UPS/FedEx. I’m very disappointed because I wanted to try the shower filter and lotion.
Can’t even get the actual metal filter to open to replace the filter cartridge. So now I have to spend an additional 60 to replace both….
