I had a previous filter work for about four months, it was awesome. I just bought a new filter head and an extra filter and it started leaking brown water and had a weird smell so I tried the replacement filter I bought it worked for two days and then started leaking brown water again and gave off a weird smell as well. I even ordered a water test kit to make sure I wasn’t tripping and the two new filters didn’t affect chlorine significantly. After some research I ended up buying a filter from another brand. I really like you guys but these past two filters really sucked. I don’t want to give a public review bc I support you guys but it took me here from the email review
