I recently received and have been using the shower filter for about 2 weeks and I am in LOVE! There is no longer a chlorine/chemical smell from my shower and I feel 100% better showering since installation. I also ordered the cotton underwear bundle for women and boxers for my boyfriend. I love my new set and he was surprised about the comfort from his new boxers! Highly recommend either of these products!
Really like the product but it took forever to ship.
Never received replacement but got charged for it
I was charged for this order, but nothing was ever sent out. I received an email that my shower filter order was in process. I immediately replied to the email advising an address change and stated Urgent in the subject per guidance regarding communication with customer service for quicker assistance. No one ever got back to me. I sent a second email and no response was given to that either. There also were no shipping details via the shop app either like I had previously received for the 1st shower filter I had ordered.
I never received my filter. I contacted customer service multiple times and have only received one response where they sent me the tracking number. If they bothered to track it they would see it is "Pre shipment awaiting item". Meanwhile it has been almost a month since I paid for it.
